How to make a Basic Grapevine Dog Paw Wreath

Have you seen all of the gorgeous grapevine wreaths that look like dog or cat paws? I adore them. They are a favorite for a lot of my family, friends and customers. The great thing with these is that you can make them simple or go all out and make them a lush as you want.
